MUSEUMNIGHT 2020

(Re)discover Verhalenhuis Belvédère during Museumnight 2020 and meet the stories of people from Rotterdam with roots all over the world.

Verhalenhuis Belvédère fills itself with music, food, art & stories on the night of 7 march. Enter a cosmopolitan club with Asian Psychedlia by Wavey Honey & Amy, Turkish cassettes by Cengiz Mengüç and Condor Disco by Nina Fernande. For this night only the legendary Yin-Tin Bar reopens, where the senior bartenders from Katendrecht are waiting for you. Sip your drink while listening to the stories of three generations of Chinese chefs in the listening lobby or descend the stairs to Curaçao & Katendrecht: an exhibition about migration, friendship & storytelling. For late night snacks, visual artist and chef Fenmei Hu takes you to the Chinese cuisine of the future.

MOONMOON Calendar was on show during wavey's first music performance. 

wavey is a current influenced by Moons. They flow among psychedelia, disco, house and techno sounds, carrying sacred atmospheres and hidden messages. The tide of Wavey surges on land with Amy Pickles and Honey Kraiwee since 2020.
